At Daniels Gateway Rental Communities we offer top quality finishes, top-notch services and a quick response to repairs, if and when necessary.

We recognize that problems do occasionally arise that require maintenance. Our goal is to minimize the disruption by accommodating a timely response and repair.

Our commitment to all of our residents is a prompt response to any maintenance concerns. For all maintenance requests received in our office (Monday to Friday) our residents will receive a response within 48 hours verifying receipt of their request and time frame for work to be completed.

In keeping with this we offer a variety of methods for our residents to submit their requests, be it online at danielsgateway.com in our Residents Only Section; by email at customercare@danielsgateway.com, in writing in your community mailbox, by fax to 905-501-8130 or by completing a service request at our Daniels Gateway Management office.
